Spring has sprung around the Cottage this year.

I haven’t decorated for Easter and spring in such an in-your-face-way before, but it was super fun!

I pulled out lots of pinks and greens to go with my pale aqua sofa.

Used some vintage, some repro, some new, some (a lot of) bunnies.

Added some greens to the mantel, with milkglass and tulips…

I know. Chippy corbels and old windows are fabulous.

Had some fun with some pink peony fakers too…

Yes, why there are more bunnies…

And even the front hall got some hot pink faker peony and bunny action!

Back in the living room…blue glass and vintage green enamelware on my antique drop leaf table…

Annnndddd a bunny for our corner chair!

Only crafty thing I did…rip some grass off those square wall things and stuff ’em in a crate with some pretend eggs. Done.

In the kitchen I just put together a couple vignettes…one on the island:

Behind the sink….yes, more bunnies.

And the sink’s floral skirt is back for the warmer months.

And kept it simple {and under glass} on the table…

I’m already looking forward to simplfying again for the summer months…just purchased new white slipcovered sofas from IKEA, and I can’t wait to show ya!

Here’s almost 5 year old Grandlittle Robyn as a little send off….by FAR the best Easter Gift I ever did receive 🙂

It all looks lovely and now you’ve changed it!

I love the glass bottles in front of the mirror. I don’t have any place to hang a mirror, but I sure love the look.

Aw thanks Carol! I’m shopping even now for some blue linen and cottage florals to add to the white couches…needing some color! And I miss sewing. Looking forward to adding my signature colorway to the white!

Hey Cindy, I haven’t seen your blog for a long time–probably since you changed to your “new” one. I followed a link and found your beautiful home and decor, which I’ve always loved. Could you share where you got that lovely aqua sofa? I was surprised to see how big your sweet little grand daughter has become! We’re expecting our first grandchild to be born in just a few weeks. Can’t wait!

Oh Marilyn! How exciting!!! Yes, Robyn turned 5 on Sunday. She has a little brother who is 3 and mama is expecting a new little sister in July 🙂 I had a gal make the aqua slip for an old couch I picked up. We’ve moved it upstairs now to our loft, to make room for new white sofas in the living room!

I love the blue floral fabric on your table and under your sink. Do you mind sharing where you got it and possibly the name if you know it? Thank you!

HI Fanny! It’s a Waverly curtain panel I cut to size. I purchased it at Lowes..I think they still have it!
